ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organisations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. 

The seven principles of ISO 9001:2015 are as follows: – 

  • Customer focus
  • Leadership
  • Engagement of people
  • Process approach
  • Improvement 
  • Evidence based decision making.
  • Relationship management

At Maguires we are ISO 9001:2015 certified. To become certified, we had several steps to follow which include but are not limited to the following quality objectives.

  1. Ensuring that all orders are delivered to the customer in full and on time 100% of the time when possible. Wherever this is not possible, communication must be delivered notifying the customer why the order cannot be completed as needed and/or in suitable time to allow the customer adequate time and reasoning. 
  2. Guaranteeing that all products delivered to our customers are completely defect free. All packaging must be intact and robust worthy for travel, and in the case of agrochemicals must be safely packaged so that no harm may be done before use.
  3. Maintaining a >90% satisfaction rate on all products delivered to farmers. Whenever there is a complaint on the quality of our product delivery, we will always send an independent assessor out to the location to evaluate the claim. If the assessor believes the farmer warrants a claim, we will always provide a satisfactory solution in the form of compensation.
  4. Ensuring that >85% of our transport fleet is always operational to collect and deliver products when needed.
  5. Upholding the need to always make sure we are operating in a sustainable manner and continuously assessing ways that Maguires can operate as a sustainable enterprise must be always kept mindful by all employees.
  6. Ensuring all communication is delivered to customers on time and as efficiently as possible 100% of the time.
  7. Replying to all customer complaints and queries in the same week that they occurred wherever possible. Building towards a same day response.
  8. Continually maintaining a welcoming and joyful company environment so that customers feel comfortable and satisfied when always dealing through us.

We are not perfect, but we are always looking for ways to improve and continue to give our customers the best service and products we possibly can.
